Silvena Rowe’s Orange Almond Cake

This Orange Almond Cake was made for my husbands birthday. Friday Magazine introduced the world famous chef, Ms. Silvena Rowe, and she was taking over the food recipes. And one of her first recipe published was this Orange Almond Cake, and the sheer beauty of that picture of the cake got me drooling…I knew this was gonna be a masterpiece, and decided to surprise my husband by baking this recipe.

The Orange and Almond Cake is so yumm and orangey, with a beautiful texture cause of the almond flour thats used instead of white flour. Trust me….Cakes will never taste the same anymore.. I am enjoying making/ trying such different recipes these days..

I love this cake! It is incredibly moist, full of fresh orange flavor. Plus, it couldn’t be easier to throw together and make a wonderful cake for the Easter holiday season. All you need is a batch of Oranges and almond flour (Kindly check at your nearest store- all organic food sections store almond flour)
